Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy $70/hour,
$100/hour & a half
A dance of healing on your back, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy is deep compression effleurage
delivered with the massage therapist's bare feet using overhead bars for balance and support. The client rests comfortably
on a standard massage table. A modern refinement of ancient techniques, Ashiatsu provides the deepest, most luxurious
massage on the planet without painful poking. Especially effective for the lower back, spinal erectors, shoulders, glutes
and hamstrings, this technique is shown to actually increase the intervertebral disc space resulting in fluidity of movement
and pain relief.

Swedish/Deep Tissue $60/hour, $85/hour & a half
Skillful hands stroke, knead and compress muscles for whole-body relaxation that restores
and rejuvenates. Includes acupressure and deep tissue techniques, which may be left out for those who need or prefer
lighter pressure.
Therapeutic Massage $35/half hour
A shorter session focusing on specific therapeutic purposes using appropriate techniques. Also for
those with health challenges that make a longer session uncomfortable.

Sacred Lomi $130
Sacred Lomi is
a spiritually-oriented, heart-centered style of massage. It invites transformation
and healing. Physically, it is quite different from Swedish massage, with longer, more
flowing strokes. It is often compared to the feeling of waves washing over you.
Lomi lomi is a healing
art practiced by the native Hawaiians. There are many unique forms, developed and passed down by family tradition.
Sacred Lomi derives
from Hawaiian Temple Bodywork, and is a distinctive style practiced by Hawaiian shamans as a sacred rite of passage.
This work supports personal transformation, dying to the old and being born to the new. It is not outcome-oriented nor
directed toward particular bodily issues. The receiver of Sacred Lomi may experience images and visions, a release of
emotion, sleep or even nothing of particular note. Most people experience the work as deeply relaxing. Whatever
you experience, trust that it is perfect for you at this time. The work of Sacred Lomi continues to unfold long after
the session is over.
Because of the depth and intent
of Sacred Lomi, it is recommended that you allow yourself some time to integrate after your session. Ideally you
will go home or to another quiet place, free of responsibilities for at least a few hours or the rest of the day.
Now is the time to relax, read inspiring material, journal, enjoy nature, sip water or juice, eat delicious healthy food, watch
the world go by or just take a nap.

Oncology Massage $60/hour
Carol has over 50 hours of continuing education in massage therapy for cancer patients
and is ready to provide safe massage from diagnosis through treatment and into recovery. Please understand that detailed
medical information will be required.
Aromatherapy with Young Living Essential
Oils, add $5
Lomi Stone $150/hour & a half
A sumptuous blend of Sacred Lomi and hot stones. Melt away the stresses of the day and
boost the toxin-releasing effects of massage with a luxurious Lomi Stone treatment. Smooth hot stones of basalt
and lava from Mount Saint Helens glide over your muscles on silky oil, lending their weight and inherent energy to lomi
lomi techniques and bringing ancient rituals of cleansing into the present. A nurturing and transformative
experience that includes your choice of Young Living essential oils. Not suggested for women who are pregnant or may
be pregnant.
Chair $50-60 per hour
On-site chair massage is available for your group in the Houston Metro area (Carol
does this weekly for staff at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.) Just 2 hours of massage will waive the travel
fee inside the loop. Please call for details.
Body Image $100/session

Outcalls $120 minimum
Outcalls for 90 minute Swedish/deep tissue sessions may be available in
the Houston metro area. Please keep in mind that a clear area of 6' x 10' is needed for the table. Partial
